I know we met just briefly, but I wanted to send you an email and this seems like a perfect reminder for me to do so. I received my Commercial Multi Add on in about a week with Justin Wigal.

I must say thank you for taking such great care of me and my need for this urgent request. I have flown in the past 2 years with 3 different flight schools and I must say that you are all head and shoulders above all of them when it comes to professionalism. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me when teaching me the differences about your Seminole and my last schools technique.

I regret not having taken all of my flight training with you and when I complete my ground school for Mesa Airlines I will definitely be back for my CFI’s. I can’t tell how fortunate I felt to be able to fly with Mc Air and Justin Wigal. I know it is hard to keep quality staff in the aviation business and if you have the means I would try your best not to let Justin slip out of your corporation. He is a shining star in the future of aviation and an incredible asset for anyone lucky enough to have him on their team. Enjoy the Fly-In and maybe next year I will be able to go.

Dear John, Gary, and staff at McAir Aviation,

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for the privilege of beginning my flight training here at McAir. From day one, I have been amazed at the professional, friendly, and educational atmosphere at McAir. I called and left a message one evening back in May to inquire about the school, and by 8:30 the next morning I had a very polite and friendly call from Luke inviting me on a tour. On my tour that afternoon, I not only was introduced to you two, but also had the privilege of meeting Justin Wigal. I love how every time I walk in the hand shakes start going around, and I think that is an amazing atmosphere to cultivate and one that many businesses seem to have forgotten. I give McAir Aviation my highest recommendation for anyone wishing to pursue the pleasure of learning to fly.

I have always received the highest level of customer service from the dispatch staff, and since the second day of my training they (and everyone else I have been introduced to) have greeted me by name.

Training with Ian Flynn has been an amazing experience. He is a very patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful mentor with a great sense of humor, which made learning to fly all the more fun. He is very good at giving constructive criticism and always quick to praise when warranted. Ian also impresses precision in following guidelines, safety procedures, and good decision making. I have been flying six days a week with him for over a month, and I have enjoyed every flight and learned so much each time out.

I also have had the opportunity to fly with Justin, Ron, and Keith and benefited so much from those experiences as well. Justin took me up for some humbling IMC time (as well as my stage one ground check which I learned a great deal from), Ron and I had a great flight in rather bumpy conditions (I got to practice in a nice crosswind), and I learned so much from Keith’s experience on my stage one check.

I am sad to be leaving; flying has become my passion which I plan to continue throughout life thanks to all of your encouragement and guidance in getting my confidence back up. I want to thank you all again for running such a smooth and pleasant operation that I counted down the hours until my next flight. I wish you all the best and hope that we can keep in touch.

Hello John and Gary,
Last summer I trained at your facility for my Private Pilot Certificate. I must thoroughly compliment you on your business, your staff, you aircraft and your attention to detail. For solely personal reasons I looked into furthering my flight training with other schools in other areas of the country. After a great deal of research and traveling I ended up in Arizona and go on with one of the "National" "Accelerated" programs. Having known then what I know now I would never have left McAir!
My training with Jeremy Dickinson, CFI, was a tremendous experience, not only educational, challenging and motivating, but most of all SAFE! He did an outstanding job!
I hope to fly with you again soon and continue with the quality training experience you provide there at McAir.

I recently experienced a Discovery Flight with your facility. When I called to schedule my flight, Grover invited me to come and take a tour of your facilities before my flight. I took him up on the offer and visited the day before my flight. My first impression was how clean and professional your facility is. He was very knowledgeable about the company and was very willing to show me things and answer my questions. He even let me take a look at your new flight simulator and look at an actual aircraft. I could not believe the degree of safety that everyone practices. I work as a flight operations supervisor for ATA Airlines at DIA and security is paramount. The next day when I arrived for my flight, Dave, did an excellent job answering all my questions and made my discovery flight unforgettable. Ever since I was a kid, I have wanted to fly. After visiting your facility, I am going to make that dream a reality. I am currently in the process of (trying) to work out financing with the options that I was presented with by Grover. I can't wait to be a student of McAir Aviation.

Last Sunday I had a discovery flight with Berkeley Guy, and just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with his professionalism and patience as I ham-fisted my way around the aircraft. Thank you, and I will be speaking with you soon about starting the program.

I've been looking for the proper adjectives to use to let you know how I feel about McAir. There just are not enough words to though. You guys are wonderful, top notch, friendly people doing an incredible job.

After being away for a year I walked into dispatch and it was like I never left. Dustin and Matt knew me straight away by name and took the time to make sure I was squared away to rent a plane over my Christmas vacation back home. It was very special being able to take my Son and Nephew on their first flight in a brand new Cessna and at the same time show them how nice other people in aviation can be. This wouldn't have been possible with out McAir!

About the only thing I can think of that I don't like about McAir is that you guys are not here in Portland. I may only be able to get to Denver once or twice a year but I'm keeping my club membership open just in case.

I decided to start my flight training a couple of years ago. At that time I looked into all the flight schools at BJC, 2V2, 1V5 and 48V. After walking into McAir I stopped looking and started flying. I've been flying with McAir for over a year now and even though I'll price the competition I've stayed at McAir. They have consistently set the standard that everyone else is measured by - in safety, professionalism, presentation, and quality of service. And no where have I been able to find a fleet this well kept or this large.

I have really enjoyed the training I am getting with my instructor and the courtesy and help I am getting with your staff. I have been flying with Sareana for several weeks now and having a great time. There is a lot to learn, but she doesn't teach me more than I can absorb during a session, and is very patient with me. McAir is a class act!!. Never before have I seen so many 2002 and newer 172's to learn in. Be sure to look at N51815 (2002 172R) and N5345G (2003 172S). These two planes fly great!!

Having previously flown at another flight school at Jeffco and an FBO at Boulder (1V5), I came to McAir with a private license and instrument rating. I have since earned my commercial single-engine license and CFI certificate. The instructors at McAir are employees of McAir and take pride in their jobs. The maintenance, billing, and record-keeping at McAir are excellent. Once or twice I have had billing issues and they are always resolved immediately, in-person at the counter without a wait or fuss. Very professional and safe!
